- Any person of 18 years and above (other than an undischarged bankrupt) can apply to be a COSWAY member in his/her name or in the name of his/her registered company. He/she may be registered upon payment of membership joining fee
- A person is only entitled at any one time to one membership. If a person holds more than one membership then in such event only the earlier membership shall be valid and the subsequent membership shall be deemed to be null and void and the joining fee for the purported subsequent membership shall be forfeited.
- A COSWAY member is only a dealer/distributor of products marketed by COSWAY; a COSWAY member is not an agent. Representative and/or employee of COSWAY.
- (a) A COSWAY member shall sell all products marketed by COSWAY at COSWAY'S catalogue prices.
(b) A COSWAY member is automatically entitled to participate in any schemes launched by the company and in addition thereto to the benefit of the bonuses payable under the prevailing COSWAY PLAN.
- A COSWAY member shall not permit, allow and/or in any manner directly/indirectly participate in the sale and/or display of any/all products marketed by COSWAY at any retail counters/stalls.
- Other than printed materials which COSWAY may from time to time supply and/or sell to COSWAY members, a COSWAY member shall not use the COSWAY logo, letterhead and/or any other representation of COSWAY without the prior written approval of COSWAY.
- (a) A COSWAY member shall be responsible to
renew his/her membership before the expiry date.
(b) In the event of any failure, refusal and/or neglect to renew the membership as aforesaid. the membership shall be deemed to have expired and therefore terminated.
(c) A COSWAY member whose membership has expired may only reapply to become a COSWAY member three (3) months after the date of expiry.
- In the event of the termination of a membership by whatsoever reason, this particular COSWAY member's group shall be transferred to the upline/sponsor.
- If for any reason whatsoever there should be any error whereby a group is wrongly transferred, the Company shall be entitled to make such necessary adjustments and/or rectification it deems fit and proper.
- A COSWAY member when transacting with the Company and/or COSWAY'S stockists shall at all times produce his/her membership identification card.
- (a) In the event of any of the following happening, the Company shall effect the transfer of the membership of the member concerned to his/her heirs, assigns or successors-in-title:
(i) the demise of a member;
(ii) a member who has been medically certified to be insane.
(b) A member may in any of the following circumstances apply to the Company for the transfer of his/her membership to his/her nominee:
(i) where a member has furnished sufficient evidence of migration.
(ii) in any other special circumstances. but such application made under this sub-section shall be subject to acceptance at the Company's discretion.
- The Company may suspend and/or terminate the membership of any member for any non-compliance, breach and/or violation of any of the rules and regulations.
- A person is entitled to only ONE MEMBERSHIP at any one time.
- These rules and regulations are subject to changes and/or amendments which the Company may make from time to time.
